For broken pipes there is no exact quick fix for broken pipes but if they are unbearable just shut off the water until one of our technicians can get to you.

For a running faucet locate the water shut off valve which will be under the sink and turn it to off. Although this will not fix the problem it will buy you time so after you turn it to off make sure to hurry and give Penny Plumbing a call!

For a toilet overflow find the tank stopper and valve seat which are located in the toilet tank then push the tank stopper belt down to the Valve seat and keep holding it down. While your holding it down you need to locate the water shut off valve under the toilet and turn the valve off, you can also try to unclog it with the plunger. If the problem persists then call us right away!
